What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The bathtub body has limited lifetime coverage for qualifying manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use, for the original purchaser. Drainage, hardware, and surface finishes have one-year limited coverage. See full warranty terms and costs.
What if my bathtub arrives damaged?
Photograph visible damage, record it on the delivery receipt, and email service@monblari.com that day. Refuse seriously damaged deliveries. Report concealed damage within 48 hours and retain the product and packaging for instructions. View the shipping policy.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Cancel within 48 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After 48 hours through day seven, cancellation requires approval and carries a 20% charge if approved.
