Bathroom Sink FAQs

Our U.S. range includes vessel, pedestal, wall-hung and console sinks. Materials include resin, carbon fiber, solid surface and natural marble. Available combinations depend on the products currently listed.

The sink and the accessories needed to install it are supplied. A faucet and drain assembly are not included and must be purchased separately. For a console sink, the stainless steel stand is part of the product and is included.

Our bathroom sinks do not have overflow openings. This also applies to sinks supplied with bathroom vanities. Choose a drain assembly compatible with a sink without an overflow.

Dimensions are shown in the product line drawing. Net weight, packaged weight and packaging dimensions are listed in the SPECIFICATIONS section of the product page.

Yes. Our marble sinks are made from natural marble. Refer to the product description to confirm the material of the selected model.

Faucet holes and on-site mounting holes are not pre-drilled as standard. The drain opening is already formed at the factory. Factory-prepared holes can be requested before ordering: send us your drawings so we can confirm the arrangement and additional charge. Any on-site drilling should be assessed and carried out by a qualified installer. Damage caused by drilling is not covered; this does not remove coverage for unrelated qualifying defects.

Check the sink height, bowl position and available space using the line drawing. Ask your installer to confirm the faucet mounting position, spout height and reach so that the flow is directed into the bowl. The faucet must be purchased separately.

Yes. The necessary installation accessories are supplied. Your installer must assess the wall and confirm the appropriate support and fixing method for the site before installation.

Yes. The stainless steel support stand forms part of the console sink and does not need to be purchased separately.

We do not provide installation. Arrange a qualified professional to check the support, fixings, faucet and drainage compatibility, and to install and inspect the sink.

Use a neutral-pH cleaner and a soft cloth. Rinse away cleaner residue after use. Do not use strong acids or alkalis, bleach, alcohol, acetone, scouring pads or melamine cleaning sponges.

Care depends on the material. Products made from the same material use the same care method, including different colors and transparent, translucent or opaque resin versions.

Yes. Our solid surface sinks, bathtubs and countertops use the same gentle care approach: a neutral-pH cleaner and soft cloth, without harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.

Our natural marble sinks are treated and sealed before shipping. Use a neutral-pH cleaner and soft cloth. Do not use acidic descalers or abrasive tools. Contact us before applying additional sealers or attempting surface repair.

Contact Customer Care with your product details and photographs before attempting repair. We can review the issue and provide guidance. Repair materials or parts may be available with a separate quote where charges apply; qualifying claims follow the relevant policy.
