Outstanding quality is at the core of Monblari, and our fittings are crafted to the highest standards. We recommend inspecting your product as soon as it is delivered to check for any damages which may have occurred during transit. If you notice that your product is damaged, please notify us in writing by emailing service@monblari.com with the title “Damaged goods”.

Ensure you check the weight before purchasing to make sure your floor is capable of bearing the weight of the bath. Alternatively, we also offer Monblari Acrylic baths that weigh between 33kg - 80kg making them a lot lighter than stone baths.

Our products should be cleaned at least once a week to maintain their immaculate condition. Regular cleaning will prevent the build-up of limescale, particularly in hard water areas. Clean your Monblari product with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. We do not recommend the use of abrasive cleaners, or cleaning products that contain bleach or strong chemicals.
