MonBlari warrants eligible products to the original purchaser against manufacturing and mechanical defects during the applicable period. When a covered defect is confirmed, MonBlari will determine the remedy at its sole discretion, which may include repair, a replacement component, a comparable replacement product, an appropriate adjustment, or a refund of the original purchase price. The customer may not select the remedy.

Covered
MonBlari bathtub bodies are covered for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects that cause loss of structural integrity, qualifying structural cracks or water loss.

02Bathroom sinksLimited lifetime+
Covered
Vessel, pedestal, wall-mounted and countertop bathroom sink bodies are covered for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship that make the sink unsuitable for normal use.

- Applies to solid surface, resin, marble, stone, stainless steel and similar materials

- Natural or handcrafted variations are not defects
03Bathroom vanities3-year limited+
Covered
Qualifying defects in the vanity cabinet, doors, drawers and structural body are covered for three years under normal indoor residential use.

- Hardware, hinges, drawer slides, electronic components and surface finishes: one year
- Standing water, leaks, excessive moisture and overloading are excluded
- Natural wood grain, stone veining and color variation are not defects
04Shower enclosures5-year limited+
Covered
Qualifying defects in factory-supplied glass panels and the main enclosure structure are covered for five years under normal residential use.

- Seals, water sweeps, magnetic strips, gaskets and surface finishes: one year
- Post-delivery glass breakage is covered only when caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect

Our warranty is designed for defects in how a product was made—not damage caused by installation, environment, maintenance or everyday wear.
Requirements
- The claimant must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase; coverage is non-transferable
- Purchased from MonBlari or an authorized seller, including authorized Amazon, Wayfair and other marketplace listings when the seller is MonBlari or a MonBlari-authorized seller
- Installed by a qualified professional or a licensed plumber where required
- Installed in accordance with product instructions and all applicable local codes
- Normal indoor use unless MonBlari states otherwise in writing
Common exclusions
- Normal wear, scratches, stains, mineral deposits, corrosion or ordinary cosmetic change
- Impact, accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, unauthorized repair or improper handling
- Improper installation, installation contrary to instructions or noncompliance with local codes
- Harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions
- Leaks, standing water, excessive moisture, freezing, external events or conditions outside the product
- Natural variations in color, veining, texture, wood grain, stone or handcrafted materials

05 / GLOBAL TERMS
Coverage, worldwide.
This Limited Warranty applies worldwide to eligible orders placed on or after September 25, 2026, through MonBlari or an authorized seller. Earlier orders are not retroactively covered. Commercial, hospitality, rental, institutional and multi-unit installations carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Costs and limitations.
The warranty period begins on the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for all standard or expedited shipping charges for replacement parts or products, return shipping, customs duties and import taxes. Repairs and replacements inherit only the remaining warranty period of the original product and do not restart coverage. MonBlari does not cover removal, installation, reinstallation, labor, related renovation costs, or indirect or consequential losses where permitted by law. MonBlari's total liability will not exceed the original purchase price, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this warranty restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Final interpretation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MonBlari retains final authority to interpret and administer this Limited Warranty and to determine, on a case-by-case basis, the appropriate treatment of special circumstances or matters not expressly addressed in this warranty. Nothing in this provision restricts any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
