Bathtub FAQs

Our U.S. bathtub range includes acrylic, solid surface, resin, natural marble and carbon fiber. Check the product page for the material and finish of the model you are considering.

Your bathtub includes the bathtub body, drain assembly and drain pipe. A faucet is not included and must be purchased separately.

Use the product line drawing to check dimensions. The SPECIFICATIONS section lists net weight, packaged weight and packaging dimensions. Use this information with your installer to assess the bathroom and delivery route.

Our bathtubs have an overflow opening. Review the photographs and line drawing of your selected model to see its position and configuration.

Faucet holes and on-site mounting holes are not pre-drilled as standard. The drain opening is already formed at the factory. Factory-prepared holes can be requested before ordering: send us your drawings so we can confirm the arrangement and additional charge. Any on-site drilling should be assessed and carried out by a qualified installer. Damage caused by drilling is not covered; this does not remove coverage for unrelated qualifying defects.

We do not provide installation. Arrange a qualified professional to install, connect and inspect the bathtub, following the product instructions and applicable local requirements.

Support the bathtub from underneath. Do not lift it by relying on the rim or other unsupported areas. Plan the route using the packaging dimensions and weight, and arrange suitable equipment and professional handling.

Follow the installation video or instructions for the selected model. Have your installer check the floor, support, leveling, drain connection and fixing method before starting. Contact us if the instructions for your model are not available.

Use the line drawing and your bathroom layout to plan the position. Ask your installer to allow for the faucet, drainage connection, cleaning and access for future servicing. We do not specify one clearance measurement for every model and room.

Use a neutral-pH cleaner and a soft cloth. Rinse away cleaner residue after use. Do not use strong acids or alkalis, bleach, alcohol, acetone, scouring pads or melamine cleaning sponges.

Care is based on the material. White and colored products of the same material use the same care guidance. For resin, the same guidance applies to transparent, translucent and opaque versions.

Bath salts, bath oils, bubble bath and bath bombs may be used. Rinse and clean the bathtub promptly afterward, rather than leaving residue on the surface for a long period.

Suction bath mats, non-slip stickers and suction accessories may be used. Follow the accessory instructions for fitting and removal, and keep the contact surfaces clean.

Natural marble products are treated and sealed before shipping. Use the prescribed gentle cleaning method. Contact us about your model before applying a sealer or specialist stone treatment.

Send Customer Care your order details and clear photographs before attempting repair. We can review the issue and provide relevant guidance, but a particular repair outcome cannot be guaranteed. Repair materials and parts can be shipped to the U.S. with a separate quote where charges apply. Qualifying claims are handled under the applicable policy.

Keep it in its normal upright orientation, indoors, dry and out of direct sunlight. Protect it from building work and impacts, and inspect it promptly after delivery rather than waiting until installation.
