What is included with the vanity?
The vanity set includes the cabinet and sink. A mirror is not included as standard and must be selected separately. Faucets and drain assemblies are not included and must also be purchased separately.
Which vanity configurations are available?
Our range includes wall-hung and freestanding vanities. Single- and double-sink availability varies by model. Use the currently listed product options to confirm which configuration can be ordered.
What materials are used for the cabinet, countertop and sink?
Materials vary by product. Refer to the individual product page for the cabinet, door, countertop and sink specifications of the model you are considering.
Do all vanities have soft-close doors and drawers?
Features vary by model. Check the selected product page to confirm the door, drawer and hardware features rather than assuming every vanity has the same configuration.
Does the vanity sink have an overflow?
No. Our vanity sinks do not have overflow openings. Purchase a compatible drain assembly for a sink without an overflow; the drain assembly is not included.
Where can I check dimensions and packaged weights?
Use the product line drawing for dimensions and the SPECIFICATIONS section for net weight, packaged weight and packaging dimensions. Have your installer compare these with the room and delivery route.
Delivery & installation
Does the vanity arrive assembled?
The cabinet is shipped as a complete unit, with the sink supplied separately as a complete piece. Your installer will need to position, secure and connect them on site. A separately selected mirror also requires installation.
Are faucet and mounting holes pre-drilled?
Faucet holes and on-site mounting holes are not pre-drilled as standard. The drain opening is already formed at the factory. Factory-prepared holes can be requested before ordering: send us your drawings so we can confirm the arrangement and additional charge. Any on-site drilling should be assessed and carried out by a qualified installer. Damage caused by drilling is not covered; this does not remove coverage for unrelated qualifying defects.
Is there room for the plumbing?
Plumbing space is provided. Your installer should compare the line drawing and existing pipework before installation. The wall-hanging rail must not be cut, because it is needed to support a wall-hung cabinet.
Who should install the vanity?
Arrange a qualified professional to assess the wall or floor, fixings, plumbing and sink connection. We do not provide installation. Follow the instructions for the selected model and applicable local requirements.
Care & replacement parts
How do I protect the vanity from moisture?
The cabinet is prepared for bathroom use, but it should not be left in standing water. Wipe away spills promptly and avoid prolonged water exposure. Do not treat moisture protection as permission to leave leaks unaddressed.
How should I clean the vanity sink?
Use a neutral-pH cleaner and a soft cloth. Rinse away cleaner residue after use. Do not use strong acids or alkalis, bleach, alcohol, acetone, scouring pads or melamine cleaning sponges. Use the care guidance for the sink material, which is listed on the product page.
Can the countertop or sink be removed?
These components can be removed, but the vanity is sold as a set. Ask a qualified installer to assess removal and compatibility before making changes. Contact us to discuss replacement availability rather than assuming a separate component can be ordered directly.
Can I order replacement doors, drawers, hardware or a mirror?
Contact Customer Care with the product model, photographs and required dimensions. We can discuss matching replacement components and confirm availability and any costs before proceeding.
