What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The bathtub body has limited lifetime coverage for qualifying manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use, for the original purchaser. Drainage, hardware, and surface finishes have one-year limited coverage. See full warranty terms and costs.
What if my bathtub arrives damaged?
Photograph visible damage, record it on the delivery receipt, and email service@monblari.com that day. Refuse seriously damaged deliveries. Report concealed damage within 48 hours and retain the product and packaging for instructions. View the shipping policy.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Cancel within 48 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After 48 hours through day seven, cancellation requires approval and carries a 20% charge if approved. This is a beautiful bathtub! I was quite surprised with how quickly it arrived. Packaged in a very heavy wooden box on a skid. It’s elegantly built, and very deep to sit in. My 6’4” husband is able to sit in it with his legs stretched out comfortably. So excited to add this to our bathroom remodel.
I absolutely love my new bathtub! It has completely transformed the look of my bathroom—it feels like it’s been rejuvenated and looks ten years younger! It fits the space perfectly, and the design is so much more modern than my old built-in tub. The delivery process was a bit of a hassle—the first tub arrived damaged—but the seller arranged for a replacement to be shipped out that very same day! The customer service was simply fantastic. I really love it!
Fast shipping, pictures dont do it justice. This item is beautiful and looks luxurious. Spacious and nit too heavy. It's an eye catcher. The drainage section in the bottom is well made, nothing look too complicated. Overall its a must buy.

LOVE! This tub is so much more than I expected. It’s absolutely beautiful. It’s very heavy and made with exceptional quality. While we prep our bathroom it is siding in our protected shed. It came timely and Pete Ted in a crate for handling. Will update with more pics when installed
