Shipping policy

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email, together with a link to the shipping carrier’s website, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

You may also track your order on our tracking page: Track Your Order.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment confirmation for the tracking information to update. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe after shipment, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking details so that we can assist you promptly.

United Canada States Delivery

The following delivery information applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Delivery to remote areas, islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories may require additional shipping fees or longer delivery times. For a more accurate shipping quote, please contact us before placing your order.

For orders containing items with longer lead times, expect to add additional time to the delivery timeframes above. To ensure product quality and transportation safety, some items require more extensive handling. Please note, if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations.

Once your order is ready to be despatched from our warehouse, the courier will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date.

  • Product prices already include import duties and taxes.
  • there are no hidden charges at checkout.
  • The amount at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For orders shipped within the United States:

  • The product price and shipping cost shown at checkout are the final amount you pay to Monblari.
  • There are no hidden Monblari charges after checkout.
  • Sales tax may be calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • If any additional local fees are required by your area or delivery carrier, they will be handled according to the carrier’s policy.

Large Freight / LTL Deliveries

Large products such as bathtubs, shower doors, and bathroom vanities are usually delivered by freight carrier or LTL truck.
Please note:

  • Freight delivery is typically curbside delivery only.
  • The carrier is not responsible for bringing the product inside your home, garage, apartment, or business.
  • Delivery drivers are not permitted to unpack, install, or move products upstairs or through narrow spaces.
  • Your delivery location must be accessible for large delivery trucks.
  • If your address has limited access, steep driveways, gated entry, or other delivery restrictions, please inform us in advance.
  • Freight deliveries are usually made on business days, Monday to Friday.
  • The carrier may contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

We strongly recommend that you do not book installers or contractors until all products have arrived and have been fully inspected.

Parcel Deliveries

Smaller items may be delivered by parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other local delivery services.
Please note:

  • You may receive a tracking link once the carrier has received the package.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
  • Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
  • If the carrier cannot complete the delivery due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, additional fees may apply.

Before Delivery & On-Site Inspection

For large or heavy items that require freight or liftgate service, the freight carrier may contact you in advance to schedule an approximate delivery time.
Important: Please inspect the packaging and product carefully before signing for the delivery.
If the shipment is damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  2. Clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  3. Refuse the shipment if the damage appears serious.
  4. Contact Monblari customer support as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and delivery details.

By signing the delivery receipt without any damage remarks, you confirm that the products were received in good condition and in the correct quantity stated on the delivery document. Any damage not recorded on the delivery receipt may be considered to have occurred after delivery, and Monblari may not be responsible for compensation.

USA & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes and costs vary for all countries outside of the USA. For an accurate quote or delivery timeframe, please contact us at service@monblari.com
Please note: International orders are not inclusive of VAT. The customer is responsible for local VAT and duty charges upon the arrival of goods.
A customs charge may be applied; Monblari is not liable for this fee, and the customer is responsible for paying this to the authorities. Custom charges apply subject to the specific regulations of the country. To ensure product quality and transportation safety, please allow for any necessary processing times during the customs phase.

  • For parcel deliveries: Once the courier (DPD/UPS) receives your parcel, you will be sent a link to their secure online payment portal to settle any applicable duties, fees, or taxes.
  • For pallet deliveries: You will be contacted once the goods arrive in the destination country with instructions on how to settle any applicable duties, fees, or taxes.

If you do not pay the customs fee, your local authorities may withhold the items or return them to us, which may incur a holding charge for storage. Please note that these regulations vary by location.

Order Processing Time

We distinguish between in-stock items and made-to-order items to better align production, preparation, and delivery.
In-Stock Items: 1–3 business days
These items are already available and will usually be processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: 20–25 business days
For made-to-order products, production will begin after your order is confirmed. Once production is completed, the item will be prepared for shipment.

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, severe weather, port congestion, or other logistics constraints, processing or delivery times may be slightly extended. We will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, customs inspections, warehouse scheduling, or other factors beyond our control.
