Premium Mitsubishi Acrylic Construction
Crafted from high-purity Mitsubishi virgin acrylic, this bathtub is thicker, stronger, and more oxidation-resistant than ordinary acrylic tubs. The non-porous, high-gloss surface is stain-resistant and easy to wipe clean, helping to prevent yellowing and keeping the tub bright white over years of use. Lightweight yet robust, it’s easier to move upstairs and position on site.
Advanced IPMS Intelligent Manufacturing
The XY-1008-GW is produced using MonBlari’s IPMS process: CNC vacuum thermoforming, robotic fiber reinforcement, CNC precision cutting, and AI-controlled protective packaging. The shell is baked four times at low temperature to release internal stress, helping to prevent warping or deformation. Each tub is then hand-polished for a smooth, seamless finish that feels luxurious to the touch.
