Final‑mile freight for large items is not included in return or after‑sales compensation.
This applies in particular to oversized products and special‑handling shipments.
Malicious or unjustified chargebacks may incur processing fees of up to 30% of the order value.
Payments may be reinstated in accordance with the rules of the relevant bank or payment platform.
MonBlari does not assume responsibility for installation costs or for any
expenses arising from installation‑related issues. Installation services are generally
provided and charged by independent third‑party installation companies.
We recommend that customers select qualified and reputable professional installers and
confirm all installation charges directly with the service provider prior to installation.
Due to the special transportation requirements associated with large and heavy products,
final‑mile freight charges are not included in the scope of return or
after‑sales compensation.
This means that any final‑mile freight incurred for the delivery of oversized products will
not be reimbursed in connection with returns, exchanges or after‑sales claims.
Final‑mile freight typically covers the last segment of transportation from the local
distribution point to your delivery address, particularly for large or special‑handling
items.
In order to safeguard your consumer rights, we strive to ensure that all transactions are
conducted in a secure and transparent manner. If, after payment has been made by credit card
or other payment methods, a malicious or unjustified
chargeback or dispute is initiated, MonBlari will handle the matter in accordance with the
following provisions.
In the event of a malicious or unjustified chargeback, the buyer shall be responsible for
all fees incurred as a result of the chargeback process, including but not limited to refund
handling fees, reverse processing fees and related administrative expenses.
Depending on the rules and practices of the relevant bank and payment platform, such fees
may amount to up to 30% of the total order value.
If a customer uses a malicious chargeback or unjustified dispute as a means to request a
return or refund, MonBlari reserves the right, in accordance with the requirements of the
payment platform or issuing bank, to request reinstatement of the original payment.
Where applicable, MonBlari may also charge additional fees in connection with such cases,
including but not limited to product inspection fees, logistics costs and other reasonable
expenses associated with the investigation and resolution of the matter.
