Installation Fees
Our company is not responsible for any installation fees or any costs arising from installation issues. Installation services are typically provided and charged by third-party installation companies. Therefore, if a customer requests reimbursement for installation fees, such costs will not be covered or refunded by MonBlari.
Final-Mile Delivery Charges
Due to the special transportation requirements of large and heavy products, final-mile delivery charges are not included in the scope of refunds, returns, or after-sales compensation.
Credit Card Chargeback Policy
To protect your consumer rights, we make every effort to ensure that all transactions are safe, transparent, and properly documented. If you pay by credit card or any other payment method and later initiate a malicious or unreasonable chargeback, we will handle the case in accordance with the following terms:
Chargeback Handling Fee
In the event of a malicious chargeback, the buyer will be responsible for all fees incurred as a result, including but not limited to refund processing fees, reverse transaction fees, and related administrative costs. Depending on the policies of the bank and payment platform, such fees may be as high as 30% of the order amount.
Reinstatement of Payment
If a customer uses a malicious chargeback to seek a return or refund, MonBlari reserves the right, in accordance with the requirements of the payment platform or issuing bank, to reinstate the original payment. Where applicable, we may also charge additional fees, including but not limited to:
- Product inspection and quality verification costs;
- Logistics and handling costs;
- Other reasonable administrative or service-related fees.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies regarding installation fees, final-mile delivery charges, and credit card chargebacks.
